The benefits of Postnatal Pilates is endless!! You can expect to become stronger, fitter & to be able to cough, sneeze & jump on a trampoline with confidence again. This class focuses on strengthening core muscle groups, improve posture to reduce back, neck & shoulder pain. It is important you wait until after you have received a clearance from your GP before commencing these classes.
This class combines 25 minutes of cardio workout on the bike and 25 minutes on the Pilates reformer routine to strengthen your core & back.
This 30 minute turbo trainer workout on the spin bike combines aerobic strength and sprint intervals to launch your legs into an anaerobic state that will push you over the edge!
